Today in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) the 4th meeting of Ministers of Transport of the Turkic Council countries was held. During the meeting, the signing of an additional protocol to the Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation between the twin ports of Baku, Aktau and Samsun on the accession of the port of Kuryk to the twin ports process in the Turkic Council was held.

Today, in the framework of his working visit to the Mangistau region, the port of Aktau was visited by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev.
On April 4, within the framework of the exercise and training plan, as well as the “Unified-Day Anti-Terrorist Training”, a training was held on the evacuation of employees.
The entire staff of the Company, the head of the Aktau State Defense Port, members of the civil defense headquarters and the evacuation commission, as well as commanders of the civil defense units took part in the evacuation training.
Today, the port of Aktau was visited by Dominic Zingler, a correspondent for Asia of the world-famous British weekly magazine The Economist, in preparation for materials on the One Belt and One Way project.
Today in Baku (Azerbaijan) a meeting of the Working Group on the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TMTM) was held.
The whole holiday week in the port of Aktau was very intense. Traditionally, port workers experienced their strength and dexterity in sports competitions in volleyball and bowling, and in the end a thematic team building took place:
the workers became participants in an exciting excursion around the ancient land of Tupkaragan district, where they were warmly welcomed by colleagues in the Bautino cargo area, and there was a real festive event with a concert, national competitions and a merry dinner in honor of Nauryz Meiramy.
Today, representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with researchers from Tal Tech University and business representatives, made an official visit to the port of Aktau.
