As part of the business visit to Mangystau region, the General Director (Chairman of the Board) of JSC “KazTransOil” Talgat Kurmanbayev had a call to Sea port of Aktau.

During this visit, Mr. Abay Turikpenbayev, the Chairman of the Board (President) of Sea port of Aktau, acquainted the guests with the current port infrastructure and short-time plans on reconstruction and upgrade of operational facilities.

At the present time Sea port of Aktau is developing a project dedicated to reconstruction of oil terminals no.9 and 10 with the support of LLP “Tengizchevroil” and LLP “Kazmortransflot”. Upon completion of the project, the oil terminal capacity of the port will resume annual throughput capacity up to 12.5M tons.
