4 and 5 August this year meetings of the Working Group on the Development of the Trans-Caspian Corridor are being held in Kiev (Ukraine).

After some forced refusal from face-to-face meetings, representatives of the member countries of the TITR Association discuss pressing issues of further interaction at the negotiating table.

On the agenda, both the organizational issues of the Association’s activities and the operational issues of transit container traffic growth.

In particular, the main terms of the Agreement on the organization of container traffic in direct international rail and water communication with the participation of feeder ships between the ports of Aktau and Baku will be agreed.

Also, experts from each of the parties will discuss the key areas of the developed Middle Corridor Development Strategy until 2025.
