On July 7th, 2022 a delegation of Total Energies visited the port of Aktau to study the readiness of the port infrastructure for oil transshipment.

During the meeting, the company announced its intention to start shipping oil through the port of Aktau this year.
Start volume – 50.000 tons a month.
