Ms. Edda Schlager, Manager of the Department for Trade and Investment of the Federal Republic of Germany (GTAI) for Central/Eastern Europe and Central Asia, visited the port of Aktau with a visit and familiarization with the infrastructure of TITR.

The guest got acquainted with the capabilities of the key maritime link of the extensive network of Kazakhstani multimodal transportation, which provides transport connectivity on the TITR route.

In addition, the head of Aktau port, Abay Turikpenbayev, shared with the representative of GTAI industry plans for the formation of an infrastructural and institutional framework to eliminate factors hindering development and measures to build a customer-oriented service.
