During the official visit of the delegation of the European Commission, headed by the Special Representative of the European Union for Central Asia, Ms. Hakala T., to Kazakhstan and to the Mangistau region as well discussed issues of developing international and regional cooperation for building a strategy on relations between Europe and Central Asia in particular.

The honored delegation and Vice President for Economics and Finance of Aktau port M. Wilson had a fruitful discussion at Aktau port site on major topics such as: the ever-increasing role of the Kazakhstan transport sector, against the backdrop of the changing geography of cargo transportation routes; the issues of finding potential investors for developing the port projects and improving the competencies of employees.
