Within the framework of the International Day of Monuments and Historical Sites, which is annually celebrated in the world on April 18, the workers of the Aktau port held a clean-up day in the historical place “Tulegen Gulie”.

“Tulegen Quliye” is an underground mosque, which is located 20 kilometers northwest of the Shaiyr village. The mosque is located on the western spurs of Karatau in the Taszhol area, on the edge of a picturesque cliff in the Torysh tract.

The action was organized within the framework of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By the efforts of the port workers, the signs and benches on the territory of the mosque were painted. Repairs were carried out at the entrance to the mosque. Also, cleaning of the surrounding area was organized.
